Tim and I near the summit of Tlaloc on March 3rd, 2002. (Ixta in the background.) Looks like someone from SummitPost (SP)could have branded that rock - not something I noticed until I saw the picture.

I live near this mountain and when it snows there the snow can reach 60 centimeters high or more. you've got very nice shots. I think that this mountain has also a very interesting history. It was a ceremonial center where children were sacrified about april honoring the rain's god Tlaloc. You just ommitted to photograph the rocks that someday were part of an aztec temple.

Thanks for your comments. I didnt omit to photograph the ceremonial center... they are posted already on this mountain page - in another picture.
