| Guinness Stout - Pitch 2 | [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
This is the second pitch of "Guinness Stout" (grade 4+). It's located about a 45 minute hike straight above " Guinness Gully". They are both part of the famous beer climbs in Field. (photo: M. Hladik, climber: A. Jones).

Voted 10/10 | How are those tools working out? I got to try them at the base of a climb and was impressed with the ease of placing the picks. | | Posted Mar 12, 2008 7:45 pm |

Hasn't voted | To be honest, I was ready to sell after the first time I used them, but have now gotten used to them and like them. They are easy to place, but sometimes hard to remove. I had to learn to swing not as hard as my other tools; once I got that figured out, I liked them. Cheers! | | Posted Mar 12, 2008 8:46 pm |

Voted 10/10 | Really good picture. Nice to see the climbers face rather than just....well you know. Looks like you had some steep stuff ahead of you. | | Posted Apr 7, 2009 11:07 am |

Hasn't voted | It was a steep long pitch of grade 4 - I was climbing with Mirek that day around Field | | Posted Apr 7, 2009 12:38 pm |
