Pisang Peak from the West
Pisang Peak (19,983 ft / 6091 m) from the West. There had been an unexpected big snowfall in October with many yaks being caught on high pastures and perishing. The upper section of the route (from high camp) goes up the West ridge to the left of the face (facing the viewer). 10 November 2005
