Voted 10/10 | I was doing a 'walkabout' of sorts
through the Mojave Desert. Nice photos
you have here! Beinn Chabhair looks
very lovely in its covering of snow!

Voted 10/10 | It was fruitful and refreshing! I discovered
a lot of things in the desert. For example,
water coming out of the ground where there
should be no water! And, Borax crystals and
gypsum minerals from an age of long ago. At
the same time, there was a vibrant carpet
of flowers as far as the eye could see,
petrified sand dunes in twisted shapes and
colours, strange trees with their arms
reaching for the sky, and birds suddenly
appearing to wake me from a pleasant dream.

Hasn't voted | Was the water coming from the ground and appearing in Upper lake Mary? You seemed kind of shocked by that. I'm glad your walkabout was fruitful. Mines in Strathfillan was. I've been restricted from climbing/walking for a bit because of the herniated disc in my back. So a low level walk in Strathfillan with the family was really good. Gave me a taster for it to be honest.
Take it easy Larry,
