Canby Mountain from near Stony Pass [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Canby Mountain from near Stony Pass
The steep southwest face of Canby Mountain (13,478) from the northeast slopes of "Stony Pass Peak" near Silverton, Colorado. During our visit, the area was swarming with sheep! On the summit of Canby, we saw that the sheep had completely surrounded our car at Stony Pass! Luckily they had dispersed by the time we got down.
