Hello! [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Hello!
Lauren is a little unsure as to why this female deer is coming so close. This was taken in the small car park above Loch Tulla and is definitely the tamest wild deer I have came across.

for something to eat. At least, that's
the way some of them behave in the
Yosemite Valley of California. I've never
been to Scotland, so I'm counting on
your wonderful pictures to give me a
clear view of what Scotland is about.
Wouldn't this be a male deer, due to
the fact it has horns? It sure is a
friendly one! Best regards, Stephen!!

Definitely female, males have huge antlers. I think the deer have became tamer here due to the volume of tourists that pass through, either that or it's got something to do with that burger bar! Wonder if they like venison burger???

I know I like venison burger! Before I came
across your photos on SP, was NOT aware that
Scotland had deer! Now I know better! Cheers.
