Awesome achievement! And, you all got
up & down safe and sound, that's the
main thing. BTW, did those snowshoes
help you guys out as far as saving some
time, being that the sun still goes down
early in the day. Must have been some
outstanding snow conditions! Cheers!!

Snowshoes were essential to our success, Larry of AZ. We actually kept the snowshoes on for the speedy steep glissade down the headwall. At times I was afraid the shoes would catch and I would be sent into a tumble!

Yes, luck and degree of skill can determine
the outcome of any outdoor climb or activity.
If you did take a tumble, I'm sure Dmitry
would have captured it on film. Take care!
