What a difference 3 weeks and over 2 feet of new snow can make. This was taken a week after reading a report by Eli Helmuth in which he stated he saw it in the best condition for this time period. It snowed some more in between his report and this photo. This is definitely more "in" than when I groped up this at the end of April. However, at time of the shot, things were starting to melt and run. The pick sticks were great and nothing dinner plated; screws were a little lose upon removal, but that is expected.
