Zavizan sunset [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
 Zavizan sunset
Zavizan on North Velebit is one of legendary sunset observing spots along the mountain. During almost half of the year one can even enjoy it from the warm dinning room in the Zavizan hut. From nearby Zavizanska Kosa (1620m) they are visible all year.

Thanks Aaron! It’s combination of everything. Certainly air is very clean but in my opinion sea and islands below mountain is what makes it so special. No photo can describe those views, one has to see them in person, breathless you are left each time.

Thanks Samer! That was 15 years ago but that was such a magical moment that I still remember it vividly, like it was yesterday!
