Condor's Roost [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Condor's Roost
Wild Condors roosting on a ledge along Bright Angel trail in Grand Canyon. I never thought I would see Condors in the wild! They roost here because it gets the first morning sun to warm up. You can see the wing tags and read the numbers, all of these were released into the wild.

If you can ever catch them in flight, it would be a sight to behold. I've had broad-winged Griffin Eagles soar right above me in Italy, though not had the better lens.
