Approaching the Turn in the Snake Couloir [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Approaching the Turn in the Snake Couloir
Mike and Adam approach the pronounced turn in the Snake Couloir on the north face of Mount Sneffels. The abundant snow (for mid-June) covered all the approach from Blaine Basin to the couloir as well as the descent via the East Couloir. San Juan Mountains, Colorado, June 2008.
