the pass! Just curious - were those 'bugger'
blood-sucking mosquitoes as bad in 2004 as
they are in 2008?? I wonder why those skeeters
are so plentiful this year?? Comment?

They were pretty much non-existent on this trip (maybe one or two at the TH. Not sure why they are worse in some years as compared to others. This year was not particularly heavy in the way of snowfall, but neither was 2004, so your guess is as good as mine. I would suspect it has something to do with heat waves and the hatch. A month from now it should die down. Thanks for the kind words! Cheers!
