October 2003 - Looking 3,000...
October 2003 - Looking 3,000 feet down Tanner's Gulch, one of the worst avalanche paths in the Wasatch. On the left sklyine is White Baldy, and to the right is the Pfiefferhorn. Mt Timpanogos is barely visible in the distance.

Peak names are never set in stone it seems (no pun intended), but I believe thats White BALDY on the left. There's a Red and White Baldy, and a Red Top on this ridgeline (Red Top is NE of White Baldy, lookers left in this photo), but I've never heard anyone speak of a "White Top"...

I've heard both used, but maybe that's from some confusion. I think White Baldy is the more proper name, so I've corrected that.

Cheers.
