Luke topping out on Notchtop Couloir. I think this was around the end of May, in either '05 or '06. We had a very steep drop-in, 57 degrees on my slope meter, but no cornice. The angle mellowed to 45 for most of the descent. We got surprised by some flash heat, and our 10am descent was too late for that morning. Deeper wet sluffing than I would ever like to ski in again.
