Hasn't voted | I didn't know you could see Gilbert all the way from Lookout. I've always recognized the others from the Wasatch (Agassiz, Hayden, Ostler etc. are very easy to pick out visually from any of the higher Wasatch peaks). Were you able to pick out Gilbert from Lookout with the naked eye or by zoom lense and map afterword? | | Posted Jun 19, 2008 10:47 pm |

Hasn't voted | The zoom level isn't that strong here, it is 3X. And then I cropped, but also a very little bit on the edges, leaving off Watson-Bald Group on the right and South Humpy Hill on the left.
Just by naked eye from the top, I was positive I see Tokewanna, where we've just been two days before. It caught my attention and it was the sole reason I took the picture, for the Tokewanna trip story!
Hayden is ever-unmistakeable too, but then I couldn't quite figure out which ones were Ostler and Lamotte, so it was time to play with the coordinates :) | | Posted Jun 20, 2008 10:06 am |

Voted 10/10 | Rob told me that you saw Tokewanna from Lookout and I was like "yeah right". | | Posted Jun 20, 2008 4:35 pm |
