| M. Plauris / Lopic E view | [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
From the summit of Monte Plauris / Lopič we are looking eastwards. In front, the sharp Monte Lavara / Golz / Javor is a bit indented from the long and strong crest, which runs from it further on the wild Monte Musi / Muzci ridge. June 22nd, 2008.

Hasn't voted | Oh, interesting! Well, then you were climbing, while we were only hiking.
Sorry for stealing another of your home mountains, but now you have a great chance to post Musi, he, he. I guess except M. Cjadin and M. Zajavor they are not for me. | | Posted Jun 24, 2008 3:11 pm |

Voted 10/10 | No, the two routes for Monte Musi are not climbing routes, they can be done by expert hikers. The southern approach is really fantastic ( but very, very hard especially when is so hot like it was sunday ), in one of the wildest places of the Julians ( and maybe of the whole Alps ). There are some exposed sections in the final part but are well secured with iron ropes. | | Posted Jun 24, 2008 3:39 pm |
