Trip Report Photo: The village of Lakatia is a 3 hour hike out of Sorata on a mule path. The occupants survive by growing vegetables and providing mule and porter support for the seasonal trekkers and climbers. The round holes in the ground are to ferment a sweet potato that is grown in the area.
