a succulent, judging by the foliage, unless the needle like foliage is the base of it. If so, it almost looks like a crocus of sorts. Thanks for sharing.
Careful, don't show too many leaves!!! ;-}

Thank you. Actually, I pulled off all the leaves first so no one here would make fun of me. The plant may die, but my pride will be intact.
