After negotiating the messy...
After negotiating the messy South Ridge of Boston, the next obstacle is a steep traverse across an upper finger of the Boston Glacier. There is no run out. Just out of sight at bottom-left is a large crevasse/schrund (see this photo). After that, you're fairly safe until you begin climbing again to the summit. July 29, 2000.
