Hasn't voted | Bob, noticed your comment to Vern and upon review think this is a photo of the Mad Wolf massif. You can double check your topos, but having done the Mad Wolf/Eagle Plume/Bad Marriage loop, I don't think any other conclusion can be drawn. As you note, the summit is not visible from this angle. Eagle Plume is also hidden behind Mad Wolf from this perspective...if you head up the trail toward Triple Divide Pass you will be able to see Eagle Plume | | Posted Apr 27, 2009 7:43 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thanks for the information, Jim. I see that this conversation has gained some more life on Vernon's photo now. I keep meaning to pull the maps back out, because I studied them quite a bit and came to the conclusion that this was a spur of Bad Marriage, but I haven't had a chance yet.
