Sitting on your Shinarump? [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Sitting on your Shinarump?
Here's another pic that was gathering dust in the computer. This is my
wife standing in front of Gingham Skirts Butte, in southern Utah.

I think my wife was showing some folks where the restroom was.
Either that, or she was indicating that I barbeque some hot dogs!
(Of course, the hot dogs were at the bottom of the beer, and they were pretty
well SMASHED! :)

Fortunately, the Snickers Bars were on top, so they were okay!

SITTING ON YOUR SHINARUMP?
At this location, the white discontinuous Shinarump appears
between the brightly-banded Petrified Forest Member of the Chinle
Formation and the upper red member of the Moenkopi Formation.
To the north, along the Paria River, deformation can be noted in the
brightly-banded Petrified Forest Member, known as 'The Cockscomb.'

A short distance from Gingham Skirts Butte is the 'Old Pahreah' Movie
Set where the movie, "Outlaw Josie Wales" with Clint Eastwood was filmed
many years ago.
