This view is from the north ridge of Old Baldy. You can see Route Creek Pass and the ridgeline north of it, which is what you follow to reach Teton Peak. Teton Peak is visible just to the left of Point 8779, which is actually about 8175' and lower than Teton Peak, despite what the map says.
