Hasn't voted | Yes Deb, but on the other side it's not that easy to get lost here since terrain is almost impassable :-) I think most of hikers who enjoy the comfort of Premuziceva Staza path think 'I wouldn't want to get lost here'. It is really scary thought. Cliff after cliff, chasm after chasm, dense colonies of dwarf pine... At the bottoms of many chasms are deep holes which disappear in the bowels of Velebit. One of them, the Slovakia hole is 1268m/4160feet deep. Even today there are still many places in Rozanski Kukovi which weren't reached by humans. | | Posted Feb 18, 2004 5:35 am |
