Other humans were calling the mountain goats "rats" and throwing rocks at them. Quite disgusting! Before I threw rocks at the humans, I removed myself from the situation. Happy hiking?

Voted 10/10 | on a limb by saying there's more of a problem
with elk (impacting the environment) than there are with these guys.
If the Park were to reintroduce 'wolves' to
the Olympics, it would probably keep the elk
and goats in check, so to speak. Nice photo!!
p.s. - IMHO, these goats are EXACTLY where
they belong. Would we rather have them live
in a concrete jungle, surrounded by plastic

Hasn't voted | I love the goats in the Olympics and I would love to have wolves return as well! Fishers were reintroduced to the Olympic NP this spring! Check out the nps link: http://www.nps.gov/olym/naturescience/fisher-reintroduction.htm
All creatures impact the environment, some more than others but I can't say if elk, goat or humans are worse!
