Alpenglow on The Sharkstooth
Alpenglow lights up The Sharkstooth as we begin ascending The Gash. The easiest route up this interesting pinnacle is the East Gully (5.4) which begins at the saddle directly to its left. The more aesthetic Northeast Ridge route (5.6) begins on the lighted face and finishes on the stubby ridge above. Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. July 2008.

would choose the more asthetic 5.6 route.

Alpine glow is for me something irresistable, and all the more when you're standing in the middle of it, as you did (brings memories back to me of the Hochkönig in Austria in Sept. 1989). And your photo is excellent!
