There live about two dozens of chamois (rupicapra rupicapra tatrica) in the vicinity of Jahnaci stit. You may not see them on other Tatras' hikes, but you will see them at Jahnaci stit hike.

Hasn't voted | Hi Ivona, yes, they like this area, because of vicinity of Belianske Tatry, their major area. The closure of Belianske Tatry resulted in multiplying of the number of chamois there and around. We enjoy seeing them every time at Jahnaci stit :) | | Posted Sep 19, 2008 4:19 am |

Voted 10/10 | As close as you from Czech Republic ! Wroclaw is some 4-6h far from Tatras (depending on which side, and above all the traffic...)
