This was our route up the MP, we believe we ascended the class 4 route until meeting with the normal route in the class 3 couloir. Taken 8-8-08

...don't go that way. from the glacier, follow the broken dirt path straight up and right to the cairn on the lower arete (the one right where the red line first turns left); go around that on what looks like a well-worn, flat dirt trail into the chute to the right of where the line first turns left in the photo. but you'll miss all the fun Class 4 ;)

Is that debate still raging on, in regards to
the renaming of North Pal?
