Pyramid Peak
This famous ledge is seen all over the internet, and the angles available make it look worse than it is, but it makes for a dramatic photo. Two sections of the ledge are indeed narrow and foot placement and good holds are certainly necessary.

picture on this one. I remember looking at this ledge in a "Colorado Grand Slam" book years and years ago thinking,"NO WAY!".
Now I think it's puddycake.
Nice picture! Really shows the perspective well.
