Ellen climbed Mount Wilson, part of the rugged San Miguel sub range of the San Juans in August of 2008. "Warm and fuzzy" (as in mean and rugged) fourteener El Diente Peak is in the background, due west. On the same day, Ellen and her group also climbed Wilson Peak next door to the north, another formidable Colorado fourteener.
