Descending 75' of snow past the east-wedge ridge notch. I think you would head down this snow farther for the Terrible Traverse route. This part of the route is visible from the summit and the ramp to the open summit slopes.

It's possible that you can turn left where the lower climber is in this view. This part of the route is a little sketchy in my mind, and the photos aren't conclusive. July 13, 2008
