It was. Cool, but blindingly spectacular. The day before, the valleys were clear; we watched them fill in that night, in a beautiful cloudfall through Perfect Pass.


And to top it off, the next night we camped on warm, dry sand down in the cirque. It was as soft as on any beach.

Killer area, honestly, one of my favs. I backpacked up to tapto a few years ago. Its about time to go back and do some climbing.
