I was with Scouts this weekend and we climbed Bat Cave Mtn. I thought they'd want to find the Bonanza Mine, so didn't research finding Bat Cave. We had parked at the turnout up the road in the image, due west of the mountain and climbed from there. They searched the mountain looking for the cave, never finding it. Now, I know why--we were mostly on the other side thinking that's where it was (we were using a book description that was not all that clear). I'm going to share this image with them and maybe they'll want to return in the future. Thanks! --mark d.
