Gabriele, I would say probably not as we followed the Memmel & Kohler description pretty accurately...basically, straight up the left crack system (looks like a crack system from afar) then about halfway up an easy ramp traverse leads to the right crack system which put us on the summit ridge approx. 100-200 meters away (~north of) summit. thanks for visiting.

I asked it cause I got the summit from the left basin (South - original route)
