This is the steep snow crossing while descending the southern Teanaway slopes. We had an option of going right, across this snow, or left down a gully that curves around to the right, out of sight. Two guys went down the gully, and said it wasn't too bad. Look at the peak signature picture, and see the large snow field that extends to near the summit. I think this snow patch is the patch below that one. July 6, 2008
