| phxphotog | Where? | | Voted 10/10 | Where in the Sierras? It happens to be my favorite place to spend my spare time... Great shot! Thanks for sharing. Cheers! | | Posted Dec 5, 2008 7:28 pm |

Hasn't voted | This shot was taken in Evolution Basin on the John Muir Trail. I do most of my mountain adventuring in the North Cascades, but after one trip in the high Sierras, I'd love to go back. | | Posted Dec 5, 2008 7:35 pm |

Hasn't voted | I'm not too familiar with that area, but we were hiking the trail north to south, and we camped shortly after we entered the basin. This shot (below) was taken from camp, where the bubbling shallow lakes sort of reminds me of the Enchantments.

I put a short webpage together detailing our adventure on the JMT....

I think you'll find anywhere in the Sierra Nevada range will put you in a very beautiful place. Again, thanks for sharing the info. Cheers! | | Posted Dec 5, 2008 11:22 pm |
