| Moni Spicker on the summit of Oregon's Mt. Washington | [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
I had the great pleasure of meeting and climbing with Fred and Moni Spicker for the first time on September 6, 2008. Fred's preference for "sharp, pointy peaks", and my proclivity for 2000-foot+ prominences finally brought us together for this peak. I much appreciated their rock leadership skills. It was a great effort, much enjoyed.

Voted 10/10 | Bob,
Thanks for the kind comments and the great photo of Moni.
I did not see it until today :-(
Shows how fast new photos slip off the front page anymore.
I am now part owner of the Mt. Washington page and will be doing some upgrades soon.

Voted 10/10 | A very nice shot! I like the rigid stem Friend (#3.5?) that Moni has on her harness. | | Posted Mar 25, 2009 7:18 pm |

Hasn't voted | Yeah, I can't keep up with this site either, so I understand completely. Hey Fred, you haven't signed a North Sister summit log. It's sharp and pointy too -- are you interested in it, and would you let me tag along? -Bob | | Posted Mar 25, 2009 7:38 pm |
