Pine Creek [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Pine Creek
A long straight stretch in the Pine Creek Gorge of Pennsylvania. Just around the bend, off to the north, are Colton Point and Leonard Harrison State Parks. Colton Point is located on the West Rim, while Leonard Harrison is along the East Rim of the gorge. This photo is taken along the West Rim Trail at a view very near to Ice Break Run and Little Slate Run. The eastern rim of the gorge can be seen in the summer sun on the opposite side of Pine Creek.
