Do you know anything about the rock types there? I've only been to northern Virginia with my brother, and recall him saying something about ancient mountains and 'metamorphic' rocks. hmmm?

Hasn't voted | yes, these are ancient mountains because of their more "hilly" appearance. I believe, though, that these are granite rocks since they are gray, and not crumbly. | | Posted Mar 1, 2009 1:56 pm |
