Kessler on the summit of Signal Butte on January 10 2009 after a challenging winter climb.

The Yampa River is far below and Duffy Mountain is in the background.

It was a beautiful day, but quite cold as it was -4F (-20C) without the windchill and there was a breeze which brough the windchill down even lower.
