...like Smith, Martin?

I saw the Red Wall summitlog. Nice job on the climbs. Did you do any other climbs there? Post some photos if you got 'em.

It was great! Had a fabulous time with good weather.

Climbed at The Dihedrals, Morning Glory Wall, Rope E Dope, and Red Wall. Onsited 1 10C, and 3 10b sport climbs. The climb "Wedding Day" at The Dihedrals punished me. Almost took 20 footers about 8 times. I swear every single move on that climb is 10b. I had to hang 4 times. The start is also quite a sandbag, more like 10D. Thank god I brought the stick clip. Ended up taking no lead falls the whole trip, it was really close though.

Led two 5.6s, four 5.7s, and three 5.8 trad climbs. Most were enjoyable. Lion's Jaw and Lycodophyta were my favorites. Was going to lead Moonshine Dihedral after Wedding Day, but it unnerved me. Was going to lead it Wednesday before we left, but some wankers had a toprope on it all morning. Oh well, next time. Looks like a great route.

Only got a couple Red Wall pictures. I'll submit later. Too bad there are no pages for the MGW or Dihedrals.

Nice job on the climbs.

MG Wall.....well, THE climb on that wall is Zebra Zion.....figured maybe someone who's done that one would put up the page. In terms of Dihedrals, why don't you add it in? I'll provide more photos if you don't think you have enough. Think I've put up way too many Smith pages already.

Thanks.

The problem is: I only have a couple of climbing shots, and no overall shots of the wall or area. The page would suck. I would be happy to submit a couple routes and some photos to a new page though. Maybe Brian, Mark and Natasha, Hammer, someone else, or you could do a page for it.

Oops, had the wrong name on the sport climb. It was Let's Face It 5.10B, just to the left of Peking. Fixed the summit log.

Martin,

Either way works for me. If one of these guys wants to do it (add these walls) or if you add it and/or them in - I will definitely submit photos incl. overview shots. I can do it if there are not takers for this task.....I just worry about being beaten up in some dark alleyway one evening for posting too much cragging stuff on SP :)

...though you wouldn't know it from my winter-time series of SP submissions, mountains are our first love....the cragging thing is just great for keeping up the rock skill for the "real deal" :)

let me know what you decide.

I decided not to make any cragging pages at Smith, since I've only been there once. I have a couple of shots that I was going to submit to your Red Wall page, that are not at The Red Wall. I will state that in the caption. Another thing I could do is to submit a couple shots of a defunct page, like I did with the three iceclimbing shots I submitted. I'll see what ones are good tonight.

Do you have a preference to where? I could delete the photos, and resubmit them, if Dihedrals and MGW pages are ever made.
