The notch on the left is pretty distinctive.

Hasn't voted | The notch and the top of the peak's appear identical! Good find Arthur! Im gonna say its Cutoff too, I might be a little wrong on the direction, but my shot seems to be taken a little further from the west, so im unsure. Thanks for the ID job!
