Lower Ridge Trail Slab [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Lower Ridge Trail Slab
A view across the east face of the mountain from the top of the slab, just a few yards off the Ridge Trail. The slab in the foreground is part of the crag, and the bowl by which you can access the base is partially visible just beyond. The large slab on the left in the distance is the Eagle's Gift crag; to its right is another slab, right of which is the Whale's Gift crag.

Shenandoah National Park, VA-- January 2009
