towards I-80 which can't be seen due to the inversion layer consisting of fog and pollution. Amazing to see smog this far west from Salt Lake City but a bad inversion layer was creating horrible conditions in the SLC region.

Voted 10/10 | basis of my question! I was wondering WHERE
Grassy Mountain was located, because I didn't
think there were any major cities out there.
The wind must have been blowing towards the
west, right? I wonder HOW the fog/pollution/haze jumped over the Stansbury
Mountains ???
That "haze layer" must be getting smarter by
the minute. Any haze layer that can jump
over the Stansbury Mountains is a true
friend of mine! : )))
There must be a lot of folks driving cars in
SLC. North SL and Ogden must be experiencing
growing pains, too!
This makes me want to move to Grantsville! | | Posted Feb 7, 2009 10:32 pm |
