This route is an area classic and, according to guidebook author Eric Horst, whose book is the published climbing resource for the MD-VA-WV area, one of the best routes in the East.

The route itself is 60' and ascends a prominent corner. However, the route can be longer; a start from the base involves a 15' crack that goes at 5.5, and the route can approach 100' if one starts from Patio Ledge below.
