Voted 10/10 | If you can BEAR with me, this looks familiar. I worked at Sequoia NP in 1994.
Bears were breaking into vehicles. A "live cage" was set up to trap one of them.
Looks like the bear finally made its way
back to the Park !!! | | Posted Mar 15, 2009 6:55 pm |

Hasn't voted | I am not so shure about that; this mother with two (!) cubs was very close to General Sherman Tree and the parking areas ....
She wasn´t aggressive at all, she ignored us completely.
I once saw a film about some bears breaking into a (prepared) car at Yosemite valley - it was impressive to see how "snakelike" one of them was gliding into the car and out again with its haul. | | Posted Mar 20, 2009 7:41 am |

Voted 10/10 | Yes, you're right! My apologies! I failed to
add a "smiling face" to my comment.
Bears are very impressive! They know EXACTLY
what they're doing - I've seen them FOOL
people in Sequoia NP many times !!!!! : )))
Nice photo & please take care. -Larry | | Posted Mar 20, 2009 9:35 pm |
