Fred! This is one of those Pac-NW volcanoes
that looks taller and steeper when it's
completely covered with snow.

Those must be miniature glaciers that we're
looking at now. Is there a trail going up to
the base of it ???

Yes, the climber's trail described in the Getting There section on the main page takes you right to where the actual climbing begins on the normal (North Ridge) route.
