Voted 10/10 | Love the shot Deb. Makes me miss my Ernie. Had to put him down to sleep last october. Had him for 12 years. 4.5 feet long and about 13 pounds. Had him potty trained and everything! He wasn't a caged animal and slept in a warm corner in my room. People don't think of lizards as having a personality but they are very affectionate creatures. Have you ever taken him to the beach? Hasn't voted | Aaw, that's so sad! My babies are very spoiled and HAVE to sleep on the pillows on the bed. The big monster has been to the beach but he is freaked out by waves. Voted 10/10 | Hey Deb, I'm sorry to hear you lost your buddy. I know how that one feels. Just look at it this way... my vet complimented me on owning a healthy Iguana for 12. He said most people maybe own them for 6-8 years tops and loose them due to improper care. It's a reflection on on how well we took care of our beloved pets and went that extra distance to insure a healthy, happy life.
