Ivesis tweedyi is disjunct in the mountains of north central Idaho from its main range of the Cascade Mountains. In Idaho it occurs in open subalpine habitats on many of the higher mountains from the southern Coeur d'Alene basin to the central Selway basin. In the Selway Crags, it probably reaches it most abundant coverage. This photo was taken on the summit of Big Fog Mountain. July 2007 Comments [ Post a Comment ]
