Bob, in your estimation, what is the slope angle in the area directly below "flat spot"?

I'd guess about 30 degrees. I climbed to the flat spot in my snowshoes. It gets significantly steeper heading into the chute above that point, about 40 degrees I'd guess. I should buy one of those inclinometers. :)
