Past the first narrow... [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Past the first narrow...
Past the first narrow constriction the couloir opens up a little (to maybe 40 feet wide). We passed a nice little ice flow on the right. Strangely, a fountain of water was shooting up out of it. Apparently, the water flowing underneath the ice layer was being forced out through a small hole. May 2, 2004.
